It begins with an orientation, followed by one-on-one sessions with The Plan AB team to pinpoint and address each startup’s unique challenges.
A highlight of the program is the Founder Circles, collaborative gatherings where founders connect, share Blogs, and foster a supportive community. The journey culminates in Demo Day, where startups showcase their progress to investors, media, and the broader ecosystem.

Female Leadership
Development Program
We strongly believe that women are shaping the future, which is why we are committed to supporting and empowering female leaders! The Women’s Leadership Fellows Program (WLFP) is designed for women professionals and entrepreneurs eager to fast-track their careers and emerge as leaders in their industries. Over time, the WLFP aims to increase the representation of women in leadership roles across the economy.
The program is structured into weekly sessions focusing on training and leadership development. Key areas include goal setting, building resilience, personality growth, leadership skills, and boosting confidence. These sessions are led by experienced industry experts who bring deep knowledge to each discussion. Fellows will also participate in personalized one-on-one meetings with the Plan AB team to assess their strengths and areas for improvement. WLFP strives to create a strong network of women leaders by connecting participants with senior business executives and fostering relationships within a supportive community of peers. Additionally, regular group meetings, known as circles, will be held to encourage meaningful connections and shared learning among fellows throughout their journey.
